Getting to know Adrian
Adrian moved with his family to the Dallas/Ft Worth area from Waco, TX when he was just 2 years old and has been here ever since. Adrian offers a diverse and wide range of counseling and life coaching options. He specializes in working with teens & adults dealing with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, guilt, shame, addictions, and relationship counseling. Adrian feels that being raised by a single mother gave him an intimate knowledge of the challenges that children raised by single parents face, in particular, young men raised by single mothers.
Style and Approach
Adrian is an enthusiastic and welcoming counselor who sincerely meets his clients where they are and moves them forward to success. His goal is to foster a judgment-free environment, where each person feels free to be completely genuine, loved and accepted.
He works hard to understand his client’s goals and ambitions while remaining focused on the practical steps that they must take to achieve their dreams.
Person Centered Therapist
Adrian is experienced with teens and young adults experiencing life transition struggles. Adrian pulls from a variety of theories when working with individuals including Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Attachment theory as well as Solution Based Therapy.
