Meet Sarah
Do you struggle with anxiety, stress management, isolation, low-energy, loss of identity or purpose, or just feeling stuck? With the world changing rapidly and societal pressures looming, you may realize that you need a little more support just to keep up with it all. I work with adults and teens who are seeking new ways to rediscover their drive, passion, and purpose. And as an Asian-American therapist, I'm passionate about walking alongside Asian-American clients to bridge the gap between mental health, culture, and identity.
Style and Approach
I aim to work collaboratively with clients to clarify their goals, discover themselves in new ways, and build resources/skills for a life worth living. I draw primarily from mindfulness, strengths-based, emotion-focused, and solution-focused approaches. However, each client is unique so together we will determine what is the best fit for you.
Fun Facts
I'm a Dallas suburb native, but I lived in Chicago for 3 years. Some of my personal interests include drawing, painting, singing, and caring for houseplants. I'm a textbook introvert and Enneagram 9. My favorite Taylor Swift song is "the 1."
