Get to know Erin

Erin is a dedicated Christian counselor who focuses on nurturing and healing marriages, families, and individuals through faith-centered therapy. She is passionate about supporting the development, healing, and empowerment of her clients. Specializing in relationships, life changes, stress, depression, and anxiety, Erin utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients manage stress, challenge negative thoughts and behaviors, and bring about positive change in their lives. She has completed Level 1 training in the Gottman Method and uses these tools to help couples heal and strengthen their relationships and marriages. Erin also has experience in parent-child conflict resolution and family systems counseling.

In addition to her work with couples and families, Erin is particularly committed to supporting women who find themselves in unhealthy relationships. She provides a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, identify patterns, and work towards positive change. Through a blend of CBT, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care, Erin helps women break free from the cycle of negativity, establish healthy boundaries, and develop a strong sense of self-worth.

Raised in the Christian faith and actively serving in her local church, Erin’s educational journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oral Roberts University, followed by a Master of Arts in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling from Regent University. Her time at these Christian institutions was deeply enriched by spiritual guidance from mentors, professors, and peers, shaping her holistic approach to counseling. Erin is passionate about integrating mental health knowledge and services into the church community. She believes the truest form of healing includes the whole person-body, mind and spirit.

When she’s not working, Erin enjoys hanging out with friends and family, volunteering at church, playing pickleball, reading and spending time with her goldendoodle, Finley!
