Hosts

Dieula Previlon (LPC-S) is the founder and executive director of nonprofit, ElevateHer International Ministries and Elevate Life Coaching, counseling and consulting. Her vision is to empower women to heal from trauma, to find their purpose, and to flourish. She is also an ordained minister, a licensed counselor (LPC-S), a certified trauma-informed business coach, and leader. In this season, she's celebrating her first book: Does God See Me? She's married to her partner Fresnel and the mother of 3 adult sons and the proud grandmother of a 5 month old granddaughter.


Laura Harrison (LPC-S) is the Clinical Director of the Lifeologie Richardson/Plano office and a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S). As a certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Laura specializes in supporting clients dealing with the effects of trauma, chronic stress, and relational pain. Outside the therapy room, Laura loves traveling with her husband and adult children - and when she is not on a trip, she's probably planning the next one. 

Paul McMullen (LPC) is a licensed counselor with Lifeologie Counseling. He founded WellSpring Process Groups and Coaching in 2021 where he provides group and individual coaching for Christian leaders. He also has ministry experience as a church planter and pastor in various churches in the U.S. and Canada. Paul and his wife Julie celebrated their 20th anniversary this year. Their teenage boys, David and Caleb, keep the schedule full with marching band and soccer games.  


Dr. Ly Tran (LPC-S) is the founder and Lead Executive Director of The WELD Group, a thriving team of more than 60 therapists serving Texas and the DMV with faith-integrated, community-centered mental health care. Ly is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Doctor of Ministry in Marriage & Family from Dallas Theological Seminary. He brings two decades of experience spanning pastoral ministry, business, consulting, and mental health, giving him a unique lens on the complex challenges church leaders face. 


John Lin serves as Director of Partnerships for the Watershed Initiative and Executive Director of Sweet Deeds Foundation, a nonprofit offering free and low-cost options for quality mental health to the vulnerable and underserved. He’s been a pastor in various churches and served as InterVarsity staff. He loves grabbing coffee (or matcha) with his wife, Grace, and trying to keep up with their four boys and yorkie named Nori.
