Getting to know Annette

Annette is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with more than 16 years of experience walking alongside individuals in their journeys toward emotional and spiritual wholeness. As a Christian therapist, she is passionate about helping people—especially leaders and women—navigate the challenges of stress, burnout, and life transitions with grace, self-awareness, and renewed hope.

Annette’s approach is relational, compassionate, and integrative and also has a "coaching" mindset. . She believes that people can become the best version of themselves given the right tools and encouragement.   She combines sound clinical practices with a faith-based perspective, helping clients uncover the root causes of their struggles and apply biblical truth in practical, life-giving ways. Currently pursuing certification in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Annette utilizes this evidence-based model to help clients understand and transform their emotional patterns, fostering healthier connections with themselves, others, and God.

With a background in both counseling and the creative arts, Annette also incorporates art therapy techniques to support emotional expression and self-discovery. She believes creativity is a powerful tool God uses for healing and renewal, and she loves helping clients find peace, clarity, and confidence through the integration of faith, therapy, and art.

Annette Is married and has 2 grown children, 4 grandchildren and an energetic chocolate lab! She enjoys reading, painting and being outdoors whenever she can.
